Deposits to the 1kbd platform can currently be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• The account holder name for deposits and withdrawals must be the same.
• The specified wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

3.3 Applicable Currency

All transactions on the 1kbd platform are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). If a deposit is made in another currency, a conversion rate may apply.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x).
• The wagering must be completed within the specified time from the date the bonus is credited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.

4.3 VIP Program

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Using false or another person's identity documents.

• Using another user's account or betting on behalf of a third party.
• Deliberately exploiting system errors or bugs.

If suspicious activity is detected, 1kbd may suspend or close an account and seize all balances without prior notice.

6.1 Game Results

The outcome of all games on the 1kbd platform is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is impartial and unbiased. Any dispute regarding a game result must be reported to the support team within 24 hours.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game or betting market has specific minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. Special bet limits may apply when a bonus balance is active.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted due to server outages, network issues, or other technical reasons, 1kbd reserves the right to refund the bet for that round. Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error will be considered void.
